What is your typical project timeline?
Most projects take 6-12 weeks from kickoff to delivery. Brand identity projects typically run 8-10 weeks, while web design and development projects range from 10-14 weeks depending on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on scope and requirements. Brand identity projects typically start at $15,000, and web projects at $25,000. We're transparent about pricing and will provide a detailed proposal before any commitment.
What does your process look like?
We follow a four-phase approach: Discovery (research and strategy), Strategy (positioning and direction), Design (iterative creation and refinement), and Delivery (final assets and handoff). You'll be involved at every stage with regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely. While we're based in Barcelona, we work with clients worldwide. We use Figma, Notion, and Slack for seamless collaboration, and schedule calls that work across time zones. Some of our best work has been with clients we've never met in person.
What do you need from us to get started?
Just a conversation. We'll start with a discovery call to understand your goals, challenges, and vision. From there, we'll put together a proposal. If you have existing brand materials, competitor examples, or inspiration, those are helpful but not required.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer retainer packages for ongoing design support, website maintenance, and brand evolution. Many of our clients become long-term partners. We also include 30 days of post-launch support with every web project at no additional cost.
